In other words, in these type of cases, no deposit is required and we will not charge for attorney's fees if we do not obtain a recovery for you. Cases can be taken on an hourly or contingent fee basis depending on the circumstances. Cases involving criminal defense and divorce issues will be accepted on an hourly basis.
